Shipping Information

At Crystal Haven, every crystal is hand-selected, cleansed, and personally packaged with love before shipping.

All orders ship directly from our crystal sanctuary in China, where we partner with ethically-sourced crystal artisans.

You will receive a tracking number via email within 3-5 business days of placing your order.

Most orders ship duty-free. In rare cases, customers may be responsible for any local import duties or VAT charged by their country.

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, contact support@crystalhaven.shop and we will investigate immediately.
