Your happiness matters to us. If anything goes wrong with your order, we will make it right -- no headache, no return shipping required.

Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If your crystal arrives damaged, broken, or you received the wrong product:

  • Full refund OR free replacement -- your choice
  • NO need to return the item -- keep it or gift it
  • Just email us a photo within 7 days of delivery to support@crystalhaven.shop

Change of Mind

Not feeling the energy? We get it.

  • Within 30 days of delivery, request a 50% refund -- no return needed (keep the crystal)
  • This avoids expensive international return shipping that would otherwise eat your refund

Items We Cannot Refund

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Mystery boxes (the surprise IS the product)
  • Items reported damaged after 7 days from delivery

How to Request

Email support@crystalhaven.shop with your order number, photo of issue (if damaged), and reason for refund. We respond within 24 hours.

Why This Policy?
