Shipping & Returns

We ship every order from our Los Angeles, California warehouse within 1–2 business days. All orders include tracking and basic insurance.

Shipping methods (United States)

International shipping

We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and the European Union. International rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Customers are responsible for any import duties or VAT charged by their country's customs authority.

Order processing

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays ship the next business day. You will receive a tracking email within 24 hours of shipment.

Damaged in transit

Every fragile item — geodes, towers, suncatchers — ships in custom-cut foam inserts. If your package arrives damaged, photograph the box and the broken contents within 48 hours of delivery and email hello@serenebloomco.shop. We replace damaged items at no cost or refund in full, your choice.

Returns

30-day return window. If the crystal isn't what you expected, ship it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (less original shipping cost). Return rules:

  • The item must be in its original condition (no chips, no smudge residue, no glue marks).
  • Customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong product.
  • Refund is processed within 3 business days of us receiving the return; bank settlement takes an additional 3–5 days.

Non-returnable items

  • Custom-cut or special-order pieces.
  • Crystal beginner kits where the seal on the gift box has been broken.
  • Final-sale items marked with a red "Final Sale" tag on the product page.

How to start a return

Email hello@serenebloomco.shop with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label (deducted from your refund) or a free label if the return is our error.

Lost packages

If tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find the package, check with neighbors and your building's mail room first. If after 48 hours it has not surfaced, contact us — we file a carrier claim and reship within 5 business days.
