1. Are these crystals natural or synthetic?
Every crystal we sell is natural — mined and finished without dye, irradiation, or synthetic enhancement. We source amethyst and quartz directly from Brazil and selenite from Morocco. If a piece is heat-treated (some citrine), we disclose that on the product page.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to Canada, the UK, Australia, and the European Union. International rates are calculated at checkout. Customers cover any import duties or VAT charged by their local customs authority.
3. How fast do orders ship?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time on a U.S. business day ship the same day from our Los Angeles warehouse. Standard U.S. shipping arrives in 5–7 business days; expedited in 2–3.
4. What if my crystal arrives damaged?
Photograph the package and the broken contents within 48 hours of delivery and email hello@serenebloomco.shop. We replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice — within 5 business days.
5. How do I cleanse a new crystal?
The simplest method is to place the new stone on a selenite slab or beside a selenite tower for 6 to 12 hours. Selenite never needs cleansing itself, so it's the foundation tool we recommend for any crystal collection. Full instructions are in our Crystal Care Guide.
6. Can I put my amethyst in sunlight?
Brief sunlight (under 1 hour) is fine for charging. Prolonged direct sun will fade amethyst, citrine, and rose quartz permanently — UV breaks down the iron color centers in these stones.
7. Are crystals safe around children and pets?
Larger pieces (geodes, towers) are decorative and safe when displayed out of reach. Small tumbled stones are a choking hazard for children under 5 and small pets — keep them in a closed container. Lead-based suncatcher prisms should not be chewed.
8. Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes — for spas, yoga studios, and gift shops ordering 12+ pieces. Email hello@serenebloomco.shop with your business name and we'll send a wholesale catalog within 1 business day.
9. Do crystals really have healing power?
We don't make medical claims. Crystals are physical anchors people use during meditation, journaling, or other slow-down rituals. Whether the energy is metaphysical or simply mnemonic, many of our customers report they help with focus and stress reduction. They are not a substitute for medical care.
10. How do I know which crystal to start with?
If you're new, the 14-Piece Crystal Beginner Kit covers the seven main chakra colors plus a selenite charging plate. For a single stone, amethyst is the most beginner-friendly — it's stable, doesn't fade as quickly as rose quartz, and has the broadest associated uses (calm, sleep, focus).
